Kinesiology - Energy in motion

Kinesiology is a broad discipline that incorporates techniques from different areas such as education, behavioural psychology, brain research, and traditional Chinese medicine. Kinesiology uses muscle monitoring (muscle test), a biofeedback technique that provides information about the interaction between the body, the mind, and emotions.

When we move, our brain functions as a whole (integration) because it not only releases stress it also restores natural learning patterns and restores our natural brain state, integrating body-mind processes — emotions, sensations, and thoughts.

Thanks to our brain’s plasticity and the ability to adapt to change, we never lose the capacity to learn and continue growing. Achieving a coherent mind-body function is critical to experiencing lasting changes that increase our overall performance and well-being.

What's behind the mind pace concept?

Mind Pace Coaching respects and recognises the uniqueness and singularity of each individual by giving the necessary space to explore your authentic self.

MIND consists of all the cognitive aspects of the brain, such as reasoning, imagination, perception, language, and memory, as well as non-cognitive parts such as consciousness, feelings, and emotions. This complex and fascinating part of you contains all the resources you need.

PACE is our internal rhythm, something like a speedometer that tells us how fast we are going. Respecting this rhythm, meaning not rushing or delaying all the natural processes that are part of us, generates balance. That way, you can reach your full potential and sustainably achieve your goals.
